The team

A team with experience in consultancy, investment and property management, trained at firms such as Knight Frank, Colonial and Azora.

• 

  José Luis Guillermo

  MANAGING PARTNER

  Law degree, Master’s in Construction and Real Estate Companies (MDI) and Registered Real Estate Agent.

  From 1999 to 2013 he was part of Knight Frank, becoming a partner of the firm in Spain and heading the commercial and integral project management departments.

  In March 2013 he founded the real estate consultancy InmoSpace.

  Itziar Guillermo

  HEAD OF LEASING AND SALES

  Degree in Commercial Management and Marketing (ESIC), Advanced Programme in Real Estate Business Management and RICS module at IE.

  In 2005 she worked at Roan as an office consultant. From October 2006 she joined Knight Frank as a consultant in the Agency department.

  She joined InmoSpace in July 2014 as Senior Consultant.

  Virginia Asenjo

  HEAD OF INVESTMENT

  Degree in Economics and Business Studies (ICADE), RICS and REALTOR in Miami.

  From 1996 to 2002, Offices and Investment department at Naisol. From 2002 to 2011 at Knight Frank as Co-Director of Agency and later Director of Investment. From 2011 to 2014 Director of Business Development at Colonial. From 2018 to 2020 at Azora Exan in Miami. From 2016 to 2024 she worked as a Realtor in Miami.

  In June 2024 she joined InmoSpace as Head of Investment.

  Beatriz González

  COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION

  Courses in administration, accounting and IT. Proficient in management tools and databases.

  From 2003 to 2009 she worked as Executive Assistant and Administration Manager at Knight Frank Spain. From 2011 to 2013 she carried out administrative work at Mercados y Gestión de Valores. From 2013 to September 2017 she worked in customer service and management for Atento.

  She joined InmoSpace as Commercial Administration in October 2017.

  Richard Kurbanov

  PLANNING ANALYSIS

  Student of the qualifying Master’s in Architecture at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

  He joined InmoSpace in February 2022 to carry out planning analysis work.

  TELEMARKETING

  She has carried out telemarketing work in various companies and sectors, with both outbound and inbound call campaigns.

  She joined InmoSpace in June 2025 in the Telemarketing department.
